01
Action Being
Core idea
Human existence — the meaning of being — comes through self-forced action, rather than through the mind. Kirdomicism is not against the mind; it relies on it less. Action reaches all the way down to how one uses the body: the eyes, talking, touching, moving.

02
Self-force
Practice
The power to act whatever the mind is thinking. The mind lacks a stable direction and obsesses; human beings are weak and keep being struck by the second arrow. Self-force may run against human nature — and it is how one copes with the mind, and the path toward Atammayata.
03
Thinking Shield
Protection
Humans keep thinking about unsettled events until a new subject displaces them. The thinking shield — developed through Dexterience — filters, abandons and cuts out unwanted subjects, while inviting Foreality to meet what comes next. It is needed most against shocks from the Unknown.

04
Unknowneology
Direction
What humans do not know or cannot yet answer — the origin of the universe, how we exist — and which emerges at some point, as quantum mechanics once did. Instead of seeking the answer, accept the unknown as the answer, keep every possibility open, and do not let it stop you from acting. It partly overlaps Carl Jung's synchronicity.
05
Avalrem
Measure
The value of an action, given in numbers — now, and refined as it unfolds. Avalrem judges the action, not the person, and a positive total never erases a negative one. People should work for the results of their actions, not only for money.

06
Kirdaxia
State
The state of supreme human intelligence that foresees emerging situations and knows how to react, without falling into suffering, negative pain and evil. It is what the thinking shield protects.
07
Dexterience
Skill
Skill acquired through practice and self-forced action.
08
Foreality
Sight
The ability to see the fact, truth and reality being faced, and its possible future consequences — so one never falls into attachment, emotion and illusion, and, looking back from the future, will not regret how one lives today.
09
Exdysivity
One of the five principles
Natural changes. The first idea of Kirdomicism to emerge, in 2008 — distinct from Atammayata.
10
Atammayata
From Buddhadasa Bhikkhu · one of the five principles
Freedom from concoctability, taught by Buddhadasa Bhikkhu late in his life. In Kirdomicism it is the final stage, overcoming all tough issues — and self-force is the way to reach it. The word is kept unchanged, to keep the teaching alive.
