1 · Act first
The best way to spread Kirdomicism is to practise it: act by self-force, record your actions honestly — good and harm — and let others see the result. Judge actions, never persons, in how you speak about anyone.
Kirdomicism grows through people who practise it and pass it on. These guidelines keep that work honest, safe and true to the ideas. Please read them before you start.

Volunteering is unpaid and voluntary. It does not create employment, partnership or agency. You or we may end it at any time, without giving a reason.
You may share the ideas in your own words. Please do not speak, sign or make promises on behalf of Kirdomicism or Dr. Yanyong Thammatucharee unless this has been agreed in writing.
When you quote or present the ideas, credit them to Yanyong Thammatucharee, Kirdomicism.com, and link to the source where you can.
You may quote short passages for discussion, teaching, research or review, with credit. Written permission is needed before you copy whole articles, chapters, card images or videos, publish a translation, or turn the method into an app, course or training of your own.
Translations and other work you contribute for publication may be published with your name credited. We will not publish your name or personal details without your agreement.
Tell us before you announce a study circle, seminar or event that uses the Kirdomicism name, so we can check the details and list it on the News & Events page. Make clear who is organising it, whether it is free, and how people’s details will be used.
Kirdomicism is shared for reflection and education. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and volunteers must not present it as therapy or treatment.
If someone you meet seems to be in crisis or at risk of harming themselves, do not try to counsel them through Kirdomicism. Encourage them to contact emergency services (1669 in Thailand), the Department of Mental Health hotline (1323 in Thailand), or their local emergency number.
Do not collect people’s personal details for Kirdomicism unless we have agreed how they will be kept and used. Never share another person’s story, photo or contact details without their permission. Our own privacy notice is on the Legal page.
Be respectful to everyone, including those who disagree. Kirdomicism welcomes questions and criticism. No harassment, discrimination or pressure of any kind.
Send the volunteer form. We will reply by email with a first step that fits your time and skills. Questions about these guidelines: info@kirdomicism.com.
